Now maybe someone can update this thread with the restoral methodolgy. So, I have given (hopefully) half the solution. However, I cannot guarantee that everything will work on the restoral end because I'll need another 'undocumented' utility to make that happen (if needed) because Lenovo offers no guidance for the B575 in either the backup or restoral methodology. Specifically, I was able to run it and backup my current B575 BIOS for future reference/need. With that said, I found this utility that may be a life-saver down the road.

I became interested in this utility because Lenovo does not offer the original BIOS download for my B575 laptop so, if you get into trouble, you are up a creek without a paddle.
